Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and ZaZa VPN (“we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of the ZaZa VPN mobile application, related website, and any associated services (together, the “Service”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use ZaZa VPN. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

ZaZa VPN is primarily intended for users in Myanmar, but may be available elsewhere subject to local law and our operational decisions.

3. The Service

ZaZa VPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) and related account features (such as sign-in, device management, subscriptions, and referrals where offered). Features may change over time as we improve the product.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every network environment. Speed, latency, and reachability depend on your device, local network, server load, and third-party infrastructure.

4. Accounts and devices

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating or managing an account.
  • Device limits, plan limits, and other account rules may apply. We may remove or restrict devices that exceed your plan or that we reasonably believe are being used for abuse.
  • Notify us promptly at thawah.ryan@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
  • Engage in fraud, phishing, malware distribution, or other harmful activity;
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or attack our systems or other users’ systems without authorization;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks;
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly allowed by us;
  • Circumvent plan limits, device limits, payment requirements, or security controls;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
  • Use automated means to abuse referrals, promotions, free trials, or similar programs.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or that your use creates risk for ZaZa VPN, other users, or third parties.

6. Subscriptions, payments, and refunds

Some features require a paid subscription or other purchase. Prices, billing periods, and entitlements are shown in the app or at the point of purchase.

  • Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by those stores under their terms. Manage billing, cancellation, and refunds through the applicable store unless we tell you otherwise.
  • Purchases or activations made through other channels we offer (for example, claim links or local payment flows) are subject to the terms presented at purchase and any additional instructions we provide.
  • Unless required by law or store policy, fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
  • We may change prices or plans with notice where required. Changes typically apply to later renewal periods.

7. Free trials, referrals, and promotions

From time to time we may offer free trials, referral rewards, or promotional packages. Eligibility, duration, and conditions may vary. We may modify or end promotions at any time. Abuse of promotional programs may result in forfeiture of rewards and account restrictions.

8. Privacy and location

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In particular, ZaZa VPN does not ask for or require access to your device’s GPS or precise location permission. Server region names in the app refer to VPN server choices, not your personal GPS position.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding, design, and content (excluding content you provide), is owned by ZaZa VPN or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service as allowed by these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service except with our prior written permission or as permitted by law.

10. Third-party services

The Service may rely on third parties such as cloud providers, authentication providers, app stores, and network infrastructure. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZAZA VPN AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZaZa VPN and its operators from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) will survive.

15. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms, except where additional consent is required by law. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Myanmar, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence require otherwise. Courts with jurisdiction in Myanmar will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have under local law.
